Questions we hear from operations teams
Does the app support Arabic?
Yes. The apps and portal are designed for Arabic and English users, so cleaners, technicians, supervisors and clients can work in their own language.
Can cleaners with basic phones and little tech experience use it?
That is the design goal. The labour interface uses big icons, short flows and photo-first capture. Most crews are productive after a short on-site session.
What happens when there is no internet?
The app keeps working offline. Tasks, checklists, photos and signatures are saved on the device and synced automatically when a connection returns, with original timestamps preserved.
How do tenants and clients raise requests?
By scanning a QR code placed in their area or by using the client portal. They can add a photo, see live status and rate the outcome.
Can we use it across several sites and contracts?
Yes. Manage one site or a whole portfolio, with separate SLAs, teams and client views per site or contract.
Can we run it on our own servers or private cloud?
Yes. Besides the managed cloud service, we can provide a dedicated private instance hosted in the Kingdom, or deploy inside your own cloud account or data centre where policy requires it.
Where is our data hosted and who owns it?
